I am Naydette Rodriguez, founder of Nomad Property Management.
I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in a summer of '86. I had a first-rate education thanks to a family that adopted me in '88 and since then I owe them who I am. Talking about myself without talking about them is almost impossible, because of them I am who I am and to them I dedicate my career, my success and my relationship with each client. Raised in Cubuy, Canovanas, a wonderful, fertile and very pleasant field. The farm was my first project since I could remember, planting, patience and dedication were my first school and university. I saw how my parents maintained relationships with clients and buyers, always attentive to every detail. Nomad Property Management emulates that example of customer care and extraordinary customer service.
I started in the Retail Sales industry at the age of 16 when my mother encouraged me to work a temporary job from which I was recruited and I was the first years of my career in sales. Before working for Nomad Property Management I was part of firms such as GAP Inc, Bostonnian Clarks, Centennial PR, SunCom Wireless, AT&T Wireless & Sherwin Williams. With high experience in service, sales and administration, I have completed very difficult and challenging tasks. Complete high school college studies at the University of Puerto Rico in Carolina and the Complutense University of Madrid. My studies at the master's level were completed at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, Carlos Albizu University and Diego Portales University in Chile. I actively participate in non-profit groups with more than 300 hours in community work in Puerto Rico, Europe and Latin America. My passion to serve and to please complements me and allows me to exceed the expectations of each client.

The stay was spectacular! The apartment gives you a vibe that they are in the US and is very cozy. It is very spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is beautiful and the utensils in the kitchen are perfect for cooking on the spot (including the pots). The location is perfect because everything is within walking distance and it is perfect for vacationing and believing that you are in another country. Haha Communication with the host was key for our stay to be excellent. Recommended!

This apartment is the perfect spot and actually so much more than we expected (and what we saw from the pictures). It is incredibly spacious, AC works beautifully and so cozy. We watched movies in the little living room area but the kitchen is super big and spacious (enough for a date night in). One of the best parts about the apartment is the location. It's really in the middle of the county area and near all the places you could walk to including the beach, a coffee shop, restaurants etc. It was really a great experience and it was so affordable for what is offered. It was insanely cleaned (probably the cleanest AirBnb I've ever stayed in). A plus was that they accepted my ESA pup Buddy. Buddy was able to stay with us without an issue. We appreciated all the attention and they even wished us Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!
Very attentive, all detailed instructions. Bars, beaches and amenities just steps away. It is a cozy place. As we left I forgot an item and she mailed it very fast and at no additional cost to us. Would go again without a doubt! All the instructions were very clear, Naydette is very detailed Amnesties, beach and bars are just steps away. My wife forgot and item of her's at the room when we left and Naydette was kind to have mailed it to us next day delivery! No doubt I would come back if I can!
